All-on-4 / All-on-6 full arch in Romania

All-on-4 replaces every tooth in a jaw with one fixed bridge carried on four implants, six where the bone asks for it. It is the definitive answer to failing teeth, loose bridgework or dentures you have learned to put up with. The new teeth do not come out at night, do not move when you laugh, and let you order food you may have quietly given up.

Fixed teeth in the same week

The work is front loaded into planning. A CBCT scan maps your bone, the implant positions and the bridge are designed digitally, and a printed surgical guide carries that plan into your mouth on the day. Failing teeth are removed, the implants are placed, and PRF membranes made from your own blood go into the sites to speed healing. Sedation is available if the thought of the appointment worries you more than the appointment will.

Before that week ends, a fixed temporary bridge is screwed onto the implants. Temporary describes the material, not the experience: you fly home with teeth, eating soft meals from the first days.

The second visit and the final bridge

Four to six months later the implants have fused and you return for the definitive bridge, which is priced separately from the implants and provisional teeth. The implants are scanned with the iTero Lumina, the bridge is built and fitted over about four days, and the bite is checked and rechecked under the Zumax operating microscope. We build on Straumann Pro Arch and Oxy Implants components with the prosthetic work in Ivoclar ceramics, and the implants carry a 10 year guarantee in writing.

What it costs and what it replaces

All-on-4 starts at £3,165 per arch for four non-Straumann implants and 10 provisional teeth. All-on-6 starts at £4,078 per arch for six non-Straumann implants and 10 provisional teeth. The final restoration is not included and is priced separately. Flights and accommodation are also separate.
